Return Policy

California Wildcats will replace products upon receipt of defective items provided that they are returned within ten days of delivery.

Returns must be prepaid. Video tapes must be cued to defective part of tape.
This policy applies to only the feature part of the video.

Authorization must be obtained prior to return.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

You must provide customer name and address and date of order.
