Service Details:

When you purchase an Instant Video Download from California Wildcats you will have three days from the time of purchase to download the video. After that time your download access to the video you purchased will expire.

These are videos digitized in Windows Media format at a data rate of 700kbits/sec at 24 fps (high quality broadband). The picture at 100% is 352x240 pixels.

** IMPORTANT

This service is only recommended for users with a broadband (T1, Cable, DSL, Satellite, etc...) internet connection. The videos we're offering are hi-res, with file sizes between 65 and 300 megabytes.   Additionally, you should also be sure that you have enough disk space to store the video you are downloading. 

Be sure to download and run the test file before you proceed to purchase and download a full video. If the test file works you should have no problem with the video downloads. If you experience difficulties with the test file, you will likely experience similar problems with the files you will pay for.

Step-by-step Instructions

STEP 1 - Minimum Computer Requirements

Check that your computer and your internet connection meet the minimum requirements (see above). If the requirements are not met, do not attempt to purchase and download any videos.

STEP 2 - Download Our Test Video

Before you attempt to purchase and download a video, we recommend that you first download our free test video. The test video is in the same format as the videos for sale. If the test file works you should have no problem with the video downloads. If you experience difficulties with the test file, you will likely experience similar problems with the files you will pay for. If the test file doesn't work, DO NOT attempt to purchase and download our videos.

STEP 3 - Select Video to Purchase

Select the video you wish to download. This will take you to a page with buttons for payment options.

STEP 4 - Choose Payment Method

Choose your payment method. All video downloads are  billed to a credit card or online check through CCBill. You will be taken to a page that you need to fill out with your billing information.  Here you will also select your user name and password.  Fill out this form and continue with payment.

You will recieve an email following your purchase. They contain your credit card transaction receipt and your username/password receipt. **Keep this email in case you lose your password.  You are automatically taken to the download page after completing the purchase.

STEP 5 - Downloading

After clicking on the link on the username/password confirmation page you will be taken to the download site for the video you selected. **We advise that you bookmark this page to make it easy for you to return to.  You will have access to these files for three days from the time you purchased them. Bear in mind that time extensions and refunds will not be available.  We recommend using a download manager such as Fresh Download  or Lightning Download.

Right-click (PC) or option-click (Macintosh-classic) to save the video files to your computer. They are yours to keep and can be viewed over and over as many times as you like.
